Technical Lead Learning Experience Designer – U.K. (30 hours/week)

Design and manage General Assembly's practical enterprise learning programs, including technical and AI-enabled curricula, labs, assessments and instructor resources. Own client discovery, SME/vendor coordination, delivery quality, localization and reusable learning components. Bring five-plus years in learning/instructional/curriculum design with substantial instructor-led content, enterprise technical/nontechnical audiences, stakeholder management, Bloom's Taxonomy, ADDIE and adult/experiential learning. Required knowledge includes GenAI, LLMs, prompts, ML, agents, responsible AI, workplace adoption, current AI tools and LMS/authoring platforms. Coding, cloud labs and adaptive learning are advantages. This fully remote UK contractor role runs two or three months at 30 hours weekly; flexible cross-time-zone meetings are required. European pay is EUR 23-35/hour.
