Senior Product Manager – AI Innovation

Shape and validate Salsify's AI product opportunities, leading technical discovery, strategy, experiments and cross-team initiatives with measurable company impact. Bring five to eight years in product management or equivalent ownership in ambiguous fast-moving settings, strong strategic judgment and practical experience building with LLMs, agents and AI tools. Define hypotheses and success metrics, run pilots, turn technical feedback into plans and balance competing time horizons. Communicate effectively with engineering and business audiences, including senior leaders and external stakeholders, and promote AI working practices. Resilience, action and clarity under uncertainty are essential. UK base salary is GBP 93,500-110,000.
