Manual QA Engineer – Senior

Own backend and server-side quality at Softswiss through risk-based test planning, exploratory and API testing, release oversight, defect diagnosis, database validation and QA reporting. Improve processes and adopt AI-assisted tools. Bring four or more years of backend QA, strong test design, independent process ownership, and substantial microservices testing experience. Required tools and knowledge include Postman/REST, GitLab CI pipelines, Jira and structured defect reporting, ELK/Grafana troubleshooting, and distinguishing frontend, backend, data and infrastructure failures. English and Russian must be B2 or higher. ClickHouse, UI/design-system testing, Selenium/JUnit/TestNG automation, AI productivity tooling and iGaming experience are desirable.
