Localisation Project Manager

Manage enterprise localization programs for Smartling from Ireland, acting as the operational client contact and coordinating platform workflows, stakeholders and continuous improvement. Use AI and automation where appropriate to improve delivery and scalability. Bring at least two to three years in localization/translation project management, ideally managed services or an agency; file-format/content and CAT/TMS knowledge; confident client calls and difficult conversations; project/reporting tools such as Jira, Asana, Sheets or Looker; and collaboration across engineering, QA and vendors. Strong organization, time-zone prioritization, attention to detail and written/verbal communication are required. Smartling/Phrase/XTM/MemoQ experience and enterprise/SaaS exposure are useful extras. Work is remote-first.
