As our Senior Lifecycle & Retention Manager, you’ll build the growth engine that turns new users into active, paying and retained customers — and move us toward an AI-native, signal-driven system that decides what happens next on its own You’ll be one of the first to join the marketing lead in a lean marketing team: you’ll shape how it operates as it scales, not just execute inside a fixed setup – You build the CRM programmes and lifecycle journeys that drive adoption and conversion — from first tender discovery to paid conversion for subcontractors, and early product adoption to repeat tendering for construction companies
