Grafana Labs is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager – Corporate Engineering | Germany | Remote to ship AI and machine-learning capabilities in production. The role focuses on help define our wider internal AI rollout, enablement, and security strategy across all teams, not just developers and act as a leader within the larger Foundations department, including all other platform, business application, and security teams. Strong candidates bring significant experience leveraging and securing AI tooling for all core personas (non-development, code, agentic automation). Relevant tools and areas include agile, AI, Android, and DevOps.
