You’ll lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (Product, Graphic, Web, and Motion), and drive the adoption of AI tools that scale creative output without compromising quality Lead the design team’s AI transformation – researching, testing, and standardizing new tools to boost creative velocity Manage, hire, and mentor a diverse team of designers, conducting regular 1-on-1s, creative reviews, and skill development planning
